Calls ring your phone natively, whether a guest is calling you directly or a voice agent is escalating one it shouldn't handle alone. Not a push notification asking you to open an app and call back. Your phone rings and you're on with the guest.

Guest conversations

The whole inbox is there, with everything your agents have already said. Open any conversation and reply yourself. You're not reconstructing context from a notification, you're picking up a thread that's been handled properly right up to the moment you arrived.

Your knowledge base

Operator isn't new, but it was on the web. Now it's on your phone too. Ask for a change in plain language, "update the Big Bear check-in article", and it does the work, live for the whole team.
