Expedia messaging is now native in Conduit
What shipped
Conduit connects directly to Expedia's messaging API. Messages sent through Expedia show up in your Conduit inbox next to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct. Replies you send from Conduit go out through Expedia the same way.
Why it matters
Expedia pushes new messages to Conduit as soon as they're sent, so you're not waiting on a sync job to see what a contact asked. Any workflow or AI agent already running on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com works on Expedia too, with no separate setup.
How to turn it on
Go to Settings > Channels and connect Expedia. If you already have agents or workflows configured for your other OTAs, they apply to Expedia automatically.
