AUGUST 21, 2026

Big week for Portals and the chat widget. Stay portals can now time exactly what guests see, the widget has a new Glass look, and Mr Alfred joins the list of supported property management systems.
Major Features
Control what your portal reveals, and when
Time-gate what a stay portal shows guests. Keep arrival details (door codes, address, directions) hidden until a set window before check-in, set field-level visibility for listing details, and give guides their own visibility rules. The portal auto-refreshes to unlock content on schedule, so guests see the right thing at the right time.
Find it under Portals → Settings → Defaults → Visibility timing.
A new Glass theme for the chat widget
The embeddable chat widget gets a translucent Glass appearance, plus left/center/right positioning and light/dark/auto modes, all with a live preview as you configure it. Classic stays the default, so nothing changes unless you want it to.
Find it under Settings → Channels → Widget → appearance.
Mr Alfred PMS integration
Connect Mr Alfred to sync your properties and reservations into Conduit. Set it up from the property-management-system connection list. Sync-only for now: properties and reservations flow in, with two-way guest messaging to follow.
Find it in the PMS connection list when you connect a property management system.
Enhanced Capabilities
Booking notifications for Calendly
When a Calendly booking is created, rescheduled, or canceled, Conduit can email the people you choose. Turn it on and set the recipient list per connection.
Find it under Settings → Connections → Calendly.
Per-listing experience recommendations
Curate which experiences the AI recommends for each individual listing instead of a single account-wide set, so guests get suggestions that fit the property they actually booked.
Find it under Portals → Listing details → Experiences.
Guide categories
Organize your portal stay guides into categories you name, reorder, and manage. Guests see guides grouped by category in the portal instead of one long list.
Find it under Portals → Guides.
Rename your portal's section headers
Rename the guest portal's section headings (Before you arrive, Details, Guides, Discover, and the rest). Leave a field blank to fall back to the default.
Find it under Portals → open a portal → Config → Design.
Import multi-table Notion databases
Notion databases that hold multiple tables can now be imported into the knowledge base. Each table shows up individually in the picker, so you can bring in exactly the ones you want.
Find it under Knowledge Base → Sources → Add source → Notion.
Workspace-branded notification emails
Notification emails now carry your workspace's own name and logo instead of the parent organization's, so recipients see the right brand.
Find it in Workspace settings — your workspace name and logo drive it automatically.
See your cost per credit
The billing page now shows your current cost per credit right in the plan summary.
Find it under Settings → Billing.
Per-channel agent settings for the widget
Tune how a chat agent runs on the website widget separately from your other channels, so you can trade extra processing for faster widget replies.
Find it under AI Agents → a chat agent → Settings.
Organize workflows into folders
A new API to create workflow folders and move workflows between them, with public API-reference docs.
Find it in the API Reference under Workflows.
Performance & Quality Improvements
- Portal listings filter: filter the Portals Listings table by active or inactive, defaulting to active so retired units stay out of the way.
- Shareable Offers tab: the portal Offers tab now has its own link and proper back-button behavior between Stay and Offers.
- Portal links in more workflows: the portal-link variable resolves from the contact when there's no exact reservation, and now appears while you're still drafting a workflow step.
- Inbox send: sending is no longer blocked after the inbox rejects one attachment in a batch. The rejected file is skipped and the rest go through.
- Call recordings on hold: recording now pauses while a caller is on hold, so hold music isn't captured.
- Transferred calls: the call view now shows the original caller's name on directly transferred calls.
- Call groups: the member picker stays open so you can add several members without reopening it.
- Operator shortcut: the keyboard approval shortcut (Cmd/Ctrl+Enter) now works on the full-page Operator, not just the sidebar.
- Workflow times: reservation time variables now render a proper 12-hour clock.
- Portal mobile signing: guest signing sheets stay above the mobile keyboard instead of being covered by it.
- Portal images: images inside an open portal detail sheet load immediately, fixing scroll stalls.
- Portal preview: the config Preview renders the Stay tab even when no check-in step is configured.
- Guide editor: guide settings are grouped into collapsible rows with at-a-glance summaries, and categories reorder by drag.
