
Overview
Integrating WhatsApp with Conduit enables you to manage all communications from your WhatsApp Business account directly in your Conduit inbox. This integration brings together message management, automated responses, and conversation handling in one platform, streamlining guest communication.
Conduit offers two ways to connect your WhatsApp Business account:
- Connect an Existing Business Account: If you have a registered WhatsApp Business account, Conduit will automatically sync your existing phone numbers.
- Use a HostAI Number: If you don’t have a registered number, Conduit can generate a new WhatsApp business number for you.
How it works
Once connected, all incoming WhatsApp messages appear directly in your Conduit inbox. Conduit allows you to:
- Send and receive messages just as you would on WhatsApp, but within a centralized inbox.
- Automate responses with pre-approved message templates, allowing you to handle common inquiries quickly.
- Manage conversations seamlessly, tracking and updating communication status across WhatsApp and Conduit.
Additionally, you can sync message templates between WhatsApp and Conduit to ensure consistent automated responses. Approved templates are readily available to simplify responses in guest interactions.
