How it works
Once configured, your Conduit Business Number enables your team to:
- Make and receive calls directly in Conduit, allowing seamless voice support for guests.
- Send and receive SMS messages, consolidating text communication into the Conduit inbox.
- Access call transcripts and SMS history, ensuring team members have full context for every guest interaction.
If you have an existing Twilio number, you can port it directly into HostAI to retain your current number and seamlessly transition your communication.
