Shiji

Connect Conduit's AI agents to Shiji's enterprise hospitality platform for live reservation, guest-profile, and folio context, with two-way write-back and internal ops automation across your portfolio.

Overview

Conduit connects directly to Shiji's hospitality platform so your AI agents work from live reservation, guest-profile, and folio data, not a stale nightly export. The architecture is the same one Conduit runs everywhere: a configurable knowledge base and a configurable set of tools power an external, customer-facing agent on Conduit's own conversational harness (built for guardrailing and reliability), paired with an internal ops agent that actually does the work. Guests get answers grounded in their real booking; your team gets an agent that acts on Shiji events instead of relaying them by hand.

Benefits

  • Live context in every conversation. Reservation records, guest profiles, room status, and folio events feed the agent at runtime, across chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and voice.
  • Two-way write-back. The agent reads from Shiji and writes back to it: reservation modifications, folio updates, and special-request flags, the same write-back Conduit ships across every supported PMS and HMS.
  • An internal ops agent that resolves, not just replies. When a request needs action, the ops agent runs the multi-step procedure end to end (verify eligibility, dispatch housekeeping, apply a charge, confirm with the guest, log the outcome).
  • An autonomous voice agent in production. Phone calls run on the same Shiji context as messaging, so a guest calling about early check-in gets a real answer, not a callback.
  • Portfolio-wide consistency. Configure brand voice, policies, and tools once and deploy across every property on Shiji, with portfolio intelligence surfaced from the conversations themselves.

How it works

Conduit integrates with Shiji via API and reads live context to answer guest questions. When a request needs more than an answer, the customer-facing agent hands off to an internal ops agent that executes the change in Shiji, coordinates the relevant team, and confirms back to the guest, all in one thread. Every action is observable: the tools the agent called, the data it referenced, and the path to each decision are logged. The agents improve over time as your team teaches them in the inbox, rather than staying static at deploy.

Security and compliance

Conduit is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 certified, with end-to-end encryption, role-based access, and audit trails, the posture multi-property groups running Shiji expect from an integration partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Need clarity? Start with these frequently asked questions.

Yes. Conduit supports two-way sync, so agents read live reservation and guest data and write changes (reservation modifications, folio updates, special-request flags) back to Shiji, the same write-back capability Conduit ships across all supported PMS and HMS platforms.
