Conduit integrates with StayNTouch's cloud PMS to extend beyond replying to guests, closing the operational ticket behind each reply. The architecture is the same Conduit runs everywhere: a configurable knowledge base and configurable tools power an external, customer-facing agent on Conduit's own conversational harness (guardrailing and reliability built in), paired with an internal ops agent that does the work. StayNTouch's native guest messaging automates the response; Conduit automates the action behind it: dispatching housekeeping, updating reservations, coordinating vendors, and confirming outcomes, without a human bridging the gap.
