Changelog Updates: Gmail Integrations, Workflow Failure Alerts, Tag Notifications, & Inbox Dashboard Filters

We’ve rolled out several new features that will keep your Inbox organized and make managing emails within Conduit even easier. These features include Gmail Account Integrations, Notifications When Workflows Fail, Notifications When a Conversation Tag is Added, and Filter Dashboards By Inbox.

Gmail Account Integrations

We’ve added new Gmail integrations, so you can easily connect your Gmail account to send and receive messages within your Conduit Inbox.

This allows you to be able to connect your Gmail without having to open a new tab; instead, you can connect within the popup.

Notifications When Workflows Fail

It’s important to know when your workflows aren’t working properly, especially when they impact your customers. We now have notifications for when your workflows fail and error messages, so you can troubleshoot.

Click on Settings > Notifications > Workspace Notifications to enable/disable workspace failure notifications.

Notifications When a Conversation Tag is Added

You can now enable email notifications when a conversation tag is added to your Inbox.

These notifications are inbox specific, so you can allow notifications for the inboxes that matter most.

Filter Dashboards By Inbox

Dashboards provide a high level overview about how your AI and team are performing. With our new Dashboard filters, you can view metrics on specific inboxes while still being able to view overall performance across all your inboxes.
